The Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund honors the influence professional stylists have on hair health and the importance of advocating for the salon community. Hairstylists have an immense impact on the people in their chairs. They create a sacred space where individuals can show up authentically and express themselves through their hair. BeyGOOD is proud to invest this community.
"We strive to uplift the professional hair industry and grow the salon community, while giving students and salon owners the tools they need to progress it forward," said Ms. Tina Knowles, Chair of the Board of Directors at BeyGOOD Foundation and Vice Chairwoman at Cécred.
2026 Program Impact

The GOOD Just Got Better!
This year, the Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund builds on its legacy of impact with a $250,000 investment dedicated to education and the next generation of hair industry leaders.
This year, the Fund deepens its commitment by doubling its school partnerships from five to ten institutions and expanding internationally to the United Kingdom for the first time.
Each selected school will receive $25,000 in scholarship funding, supporting cosmetology and barbering students with tuition and education-related costs and providing the resources they need to shape the future of the beauty industry.
Our Track Record Over the Years
The Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund launched in 2024 with a $500,000 investment to support salon professionals and the next generation of hair industry leaders in California, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, and Texas. $250,000 was allocated to education, awarding $10,000 scholarships to 25 cosmetology students across five partner schools. The remaining $250,000 supported 25 salon and barbershop owners in the same five key markets, each receiving $10,000 grants to sustain and grow their businesses.

2025 Program Expansion
Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund expanded nationwide in 2025 with a $500,000 investment, broadening its reach to support salon professionals and cosmetology students across the United States.
$370,000 supported 37 salon and barbershop owners with $10,000 each. Recipients also gained access to business development tools, mentorship, and resources in partnership with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). $130,000 in scholarships was dedicated to 46 cosmetology and barbering students.
