Mesaly Neway
Program Manager
Mesaly Neway brings a rare combination of clinical insight and nonprofit strategy to her role as Program Manager at BeyGOOD. With a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a background as a Marriage and Family Therapist, she approaches her role with a person-centered, empathic lens.
Her commitment to service is deeply personal. As the daughter of Ethiopian immigrants and a first-generation American, Mesaly developed an early connection to the importance of community and service. She began working with organizations providing essential resources to rural communities in Ethiopia, an experience that continues to shape how she operates today.
Mesaly is passionate about where strategy and human connection intersect to create meaningful initiatives. She believes transformative impact is built on compassion and collaboration. Whether she's engaging with grantees, partners, or her team, purposeful connection guides how she shows up. By fusing her clinical background with hands-on nonprofit operations experience, Mesaly champions programs that foster empowerment and resilience, always keeping GOOD moving forward.
