Mesaly Neway brings a strong foundation in both nonprofit program management and therapeutic practice to her role as Program Manager at BeyGOOD. With a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a professional background as a Marriage and Family Therapist, she approaches her role with a person-centered and empathic lens. Her lifelong commitment to service and equity is rooted in her early work with organizations providing essential resources to rural communities in Ethiopia.
Mesaly is passionate about where strategy and human connection intersect to create initiatives that are meaningful. She believes that transformative impact is built on compassion and collaboration. The interpersonal aspects of her work are especially important to her. Whether engaging with grantees, partners, or her team, purposeful connection is central to her role. By integrating her background in mental health with her experience in nonprofit operations, Mesaly continues to champion programs that foster empowerment, resilience, and community.
